Worry Free Service

Before we arrive we provide a courtesy call to inform you of pour arrival. We provide honest up front flat rate estimates before any work begins. We keep your home “sweet” by making sure to use booties and drop clothes when needed.

Diagnostic
Our diagnostic fee for all service work is $99.00. The diagnostic fee covers the diagnosis of the problem. Any repair work is above and beyond the diagnostic fee. Before we begin fixing the problem we will provide you a flat rate estimate. We do not have any trip charges or any hidden fees.

Maintenance

We take measures to foresee any problems that may arise before your next scheduled service appointment. If there are any parts that look like they may need to be replaced, we will advise you of this to prevent any interruption of the units operation.

Furnace Tune-Up

Our trained technician will perform a 45-60 minute 15 point precision tune-up. only $99.00

  • Thermostat - test for proper operation, calibrate and level
  • Inspect for combustible material around furnace
  • Ignition System - test for safe and proper operation
  • Measure and test gas pressure at the gas vavle
  • Measure supply and return differential
  • Safety & Control Circuits - test for proper operation
  • Inspect and adjust fan belt tension (if applicable)
  • Clean existing air filter
  • Lubricate and clean blower motor air vents
  • Furnace Burner - clean and inspect (brush and vacuum)
  • Heat Exchangers - check for cracks (if accessible)
  • Lubricate all moving parts per manufacture
  • Blower Motor - measure amperage and voltage for proper operation
  • Electrical Wiring - inspect and tighten connections
  • Dirty Clean furnace exterior

Air-Conditioner Tune-Up

  • Thermostat - test for proper operation, calibrate and level
  • Blower Motor - measure amperage and voltage for proper operation
  • Clean existing air filter (as needed)
  • Clean indoor coil (if accessible)
  • Condensate Drain - flush out debris and treat with anti-algae tabs
  • Condenser Coil - inspect for leaks or smashed fins
  • Condenser Fan Motor - measure amperage, and voltage, test operation
  • Safety Devices - inspect for proper operation
  • Electrical Disconnect Box - inspect for safe installation
  • Electrical Wiring - inspect and tighten connections
  • Test and inspect all electrical controls
  • Insect electrical for exposed wiring
  • Inspect and test capacitors
  • Inspect fan blade
  • Clean condenser coil/ remove debris
  • Inspect service valves for proper operation
  • Measure supply and return differential
  • Inspect duct work for energy loss
  • Compressor - Monitor, measure amperage, volts and check wiring connections
