(The outside condenser was giving chilled refrigerant, but indoor air handler stopped circulating cool air.) Answering service relayed message to on-call tech, Mohamed, who promptly returned my call and offered to come out to see what could be done. Arrived within the hour and, after a short time, he diagnosed problem being a faulty circuit board. Although that part would not be available until the next day, Mohamed used one of his owned diagnostic tools to keep the fan running until the issue could be fixed. He followed up the next day, sourced the part and installed it before noon. I have been using green energy ac heating & plumbing repair since 2015 and have been very satisfied with their ac repair services. I rarely rate a service five stars, but Green energy, and Mohamed, in particular, has clearly earned it.

Green energy mechanical was superbly responsive and able to get an ac technician out to my house within about an hour of my call, (they even came out earlier to work with my schedule). The technician was polite and knowledgeable and able to fix the issue within half an hour. Pricing was reasonable and the service overall was excellent.
